CALL FOR ART: December Holiday Variety Show

christmas-crafts-for-kindergarten-pinterest-4It’s been a while since we hosted a non-thematic group show so we’re hosting an open call for all types of art that will hang throughout the month of December.  Bonus points for holiday-related material.

There will not be an opening reception due to our December calendar already being filled up, but the work will hang throughout the month and will be available for viewing at all events and by appointment.

Submissions: All mediums are welcome except for video, sculpture, and anything involving hazardous materials. Please send digital files or photos of submissions to curator Anastasia Colzie at curation@philamoca.org. Links are preferred for six or more entries.

There will be a $10 participation fee per selected piece of artwork, 100% of sales go to the artists.

Deadline for submissions is Tuesday, November 24, 2015.

Accepted Art Delivery: Drop-offs of accepted art can be made at PhilaMOCA (531 N. 12th Street) on Monday, November 30 from Noon – 6:00 PM or by appointment. Work must be ready to hang and prepared for installation. Art delivered by mail must include return postage and must arrive by November 27.
