Opening night of the 2015 PHILLY VIDEO MUSIC FESTIVAL (THU 2/26) will feature a program of locally-produced music videos of all genres, styles, and budgets. While more of a curated showcase than a competition, a jury will reward select videos for unique accomplishments.
About: The 2015 PHILLY VIDEO MUSIC FESTIVAL runs from February 26 – March 1, 2015 at the Philadelphia Mausoleum of Contemporary Art. Co-curated by PhilaMOCA’s Eric Bresler and Golden Age of Music Video’s Stephen Pitalo, the first annual PVMF will showcase a variety of programs centered around contemporary music video culture.
Submissions: All videos, from big budget productions to shot-on-iPhone amateur pieces, are accepted. Links to videos should be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include director name and year of production. Physical copies of videos (DVDs, etc) will not be accepted. There is no submission fee. Deadline for submissions is Thursday, February 12, 2015.
